The Art of College Football Tailgating

From rival-themed menus and a cooler full of ice-cold beer to friendly cornhole competitions and trash talking the opposition, it’s the most wonderful time of the year for college football fans — tailgating season!

After seven long months, it’s finally time to load up your tents, chairs and grills, don your team shirts and hats, and grab your seat cushions for a day at the stadium!

Tailgating is to fans is what the game is to players... To be successful takes practice. Tailgaters and teams plan everything to a T, hoping for the victory W.

For many, tailgating can be like a second job because of the amount of work that goes into it.

Just ask LSU fan Dan Worstell, owner of Pyramid Roofing in Virginia, and Mike Beard, co-owner of Superior Roofing and Restoration Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, both of whom we spoke to for a previous article, in which they shared their game-day traditions.
