Prepping for Winter Weather

Everyone’s heard of spring cleaning, but what about the fall haul? In this case, it’s not necessarily a number of items you purchase, but rather an essential to-do list to prepare your home for potentially brutal winter weather.

Having to deal with home repairs is inconvenience enough during good weather, so you surely don’t want to be stuck out in the cold trying to fix something in the dead of winter!

Fall is the time to give your home a thorough look-over to see if anything, such as clogged gutters, cracked caulk or worn weather stripping, needs to be cleaned or fixed before Jack Frost makes his appearance.
